We are here to teach, support, guide, motivate, and provide all the tools each student of movement needs to guarantee success!

It all began after graduating from San Francisco State University with a BS in Kinesiology and a focus of exercise and science movement. Since then, I have been a personal trainer for nearly a decade and have acquired more than 10 certifications through continuing my education and participating as a student of strength.
