Awful experience with the front desk trying to get my sons ear drops refilled as they ran out and the previous doctor he saw there left the practice. Front desk staff rude and unhelpful told to fax over the request from the pharmacy and they may or may not refill it, told that I couldn't talk to anyone about getting it refilled. Called back next day after they hadn't refilled it and they said he needed to be seen and could not be refilled until he was seen by another doctor and that their appointments were several weeks out. So why wasn't I just told this when I called yesterday

Worst experience ever. Doctor barely cared, met with me for all of 5 mins, just to misdiagnose me on my hearing loss. She seemed totally uneducated. I had a follow up appointment with another doctor in a different field and he informed me to find someone else due to the lack of explanation and total mishandling of my case. This ENT doctor told me I would be deaf for the rest of my life then 2 weeks later my hearing came back. Total stressful nightmare. WOULD NOT recommend.

Zero Star!

Made appointment with Dr. G after getting out of ER due to major headache related to sinus issues, takes 3 weeks to see doc?? After major debilitating headache with ER visit (I have never been to ER except when I cut half of my thumb off). They call me and make me reschedule because Doc will be gone. I modify my schedule to adjust for poor planning. Show up to Office, and there are approx 15 people in waiting room. Not bad, but kind of concerning. I got there early to make sure all paperwork was completed on time for appointment. Appointment time comes and goes, and I am still waiting

Dr. Gujrathi is the doctor I was hoping for. I have been sent around to multiple offices and felt like none of the staff and doctors addressed my concerns. Despite a long wait, I am very happy with my experience here. Dr. Gujrathi sat down with me and reviewed images. He explained things to me where I could understand. He addressed all of my concerns, and I felt heard and cared for. Thank you!

The previous location was great. It was on the 2nd floor of a medical building. The location in the building there was down a long hallway and was easy to find. The new location is on shea blvd. The building is a single story medical building. The location in the building is almost identical to the spot they were at on highland. The team that located the new spot should be given recognition for hte location. It is Awesome. The medical team at AOC is terrific. The Doctors and the assistants were informative and answered any questions I had. Highly recommend AOC

I had an appointment with Dr. Chapel on February 16, 2021. After performing an examination and conducting a hearing test, I was told that that I would receive a phone call to schedule an MRI to determine if I have an acoustic neuroma causing my symptoms. It's nearly 4 months later and I'm still waiting for this phone call. Uh, I think it's kind of important to know whether or not I have a tumor on my auditory nerve. My condition has deteriorated since then and I'm in no better position than when I saw him in February. Take my advice and don't waste your time on these clowns.
