*DO NOT RECOMMEND* This office will scam you. I went into the office for a consultation was there less then 20 minutes. The dr simply explained the proceeds for an epidural injection and I was to call back and schedule if I wanted . No follow up was needed as I decided against the epidural. I received a bill for $250 for the visit. But when WEST valley pain solutions found out I was working with 3rd party insurance and that I was in an auto accident they added an extra $500 to the bill. When I called to tell them its wrong . The manager stated well thats our protocol because you dont

Dr. Davenport so smart he know what he is doing. All the front office girls are kind great at what they do. The all medical staff are really good. My most favorite is physician Assistant he has helped me alot. Thank you everyone thats helped me get back to pain free life.

No more lower back and neck pain!!!! I received an epidural and joint injection which completely removed the pain I was left with after an automobile accident. The staff and doctors are very informative and truly care about your care and recovery. I always felt safe and well taken care of when I had my treatments done. Definitely a place to go for any pain solutions. I feel young and limber again thanks to them
