At Acceleration Training Concepts, our exercise programs are based on science, not fiction. Acceleration Training Concepts' programming is based on our training philosophy and methodology. We currently use the Functional Movement Screen (FMS), special orthopedic testing, structural assessment, and medical screening by a board-certified orthopedic surgeon if requested/required.

Rather than "training" our clients, we prefer to coach them not only in changing their exercise habits, but also their lifestyles.
Our Methods

The Acceleration Training Concepts training philosophy is a system based approach emphasizing functional movement assessment and training. This is a departure from "traditional" routines that rely upon progressive resistive exercises and single-plane concentric movements. Our first step is a Functional Movement Screen (FMS) to evaluate joint mobility, soft tissue flexibility, stability and muscular imbalances.
