My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Deanna this last year. We are from Washington state and always had a dream to find a condo that we could potentially rent in the Arizona area. Deanna Peters is an exceptional realtor! In todays very competitive sellers market, her expertise and perseverance allowed for me to buy the house I had chosen; something many buyers are not able to do today. Among other things, not only was Deanna a pro at negotiating with the sellers in reaching a reduced price for the property (very rare in todays market), but her insight and ability to operate at full speed allowed my getting a loan from a lender she recommended, as the one I had chosen was not proceeding in a timely manner, thus jeopardizing my purchase.
