Our mission is to help clients find balance and motivation to nurture mind, body, and spirit. M Pilates+Yoga offers an exercise and wellness program like nothing you have experienced before. Our individual and small group classes, as well as our comprehensive wellness workshops, invigorate the soul, while helping you to feel stronger, healthier, and more balanced.

Until further notice, all sessions will be virtual. M Pilates+Yoga sessions improve physical strength, coordination, fitness, endurance and flexibility. The main focus is to strengthen deep abdominal, hip and back muscles with emphasis on proper spine and hip alignment. Whatever your interest, our sessions are great for everyone; beginners, new moms, pre-natal women or fit and fabulous individuals.
