Outdoor classes are open to everyone! For class location, click "View Details" below for any class. Weather-Permitting: In the event of inclement weather (namely a 25%+ chance of precipitation, "feels like" temps above 90 or below 40 degrees, or 18+ mph winds) we'll cancel at least one hour before class and email you options to join the same class in-studio or via livestream.
Vax-Only Classes

We've redesigned our studios to offer abundant outdoor air flow (the closest thing to being outside without being outside!), along with a host of other rigorous health-safety measures, and all of the warm and welcoming touches that make Flow Flow. Our initial in-studio gatherings will be limited capacity, and only for fully-vaccinated students, teachers and staff.

Step 2 - Reserve your spot in classes! If you'd like to join us In-person you'll need to fill out vax info here before reserving a spot. Our Intro to Mysore pass is the perfect place to begin if you're new to Mysore. We're offering it one per person and you can take as many sessions as you'd like for only $25.
