I am Captain Rob, the owner/operator of Classic Alaska Charters, certified by the US Coast Guard, registered outfitter/guide with the U.S. Forest Service and Alaska Dept. of Fish and Game to legally provide, pursue, teach, and guide guests on the waters of the Inside Passage pursuing fishing, cruising, kayaking, hiking, freshwater fishing, wilderness nature tours, and wildlife photography.

Since 1990 the Classic Alaska Charters culinary program has evolved into a superior galley standard of high quality and personal service, blessed with the talented food prep and presentation of several wonderful chefs over the years. CAC prides itself with employing creative and very talented chefs, often certified with a culinary education or at least with strong backgrounds and life experience in the food service industry.

CAC offers 5 days, 4 nights of protected waters, wilderness Alaska fishing charters for 4-6 persons, that includes saltwater fishing, freshwater fishing, crabbing & shrimping, along with kayaking, whale watching, wildlife viewing & photography, birding, shore excursions and hiking, all at a pace groups are comfortable with and tailored made to suit the groups interests.

The Saltery "C" is a 40' Bayliner Explorer Motoryacht designed for extended overnight fishing, cruising, dining, and recreation. The layout on this vessel is legendary and still very popular today. It's a well thought out interior and an attractive style with great lines and 360 degree visibility from inside the cabin.
Activities
Report
While saltwater and freshwater fishing are our specialties, they don't totally define what CAC is all about or everything we do. In fact, your trip can include as much or as little fishing as you prefer. Those groups that wish to fish full time, we make that happen of course. Groups more into exploring and interested in combining several other activities into their itinerary along with fishing, we can do that as well and in a variety of ways.
