Every group training session is led by an Experienced and Certified Coach and is designed to be fun, high energy, and challenging so that you have fun and get in a great workout. In this session it's all about being comfortable with uncomfortable. During these group workouts, we will focus on functional movements that mimic things you do in your everyday lives.
