Quiet Mind Studio
We've moved on! But you can still see where we came from across the water. Quiet Mind is now located at 55 Commercial St. in a newly refurbished studio overlooking beautiful Duck Creek in the heart of Wellfleet. For now, group classes happen outdoors in two sweet locations in Wellfleet. Private lessons and bodywork sessions happen in the studio.

Lee first discovered yoga at age 18. Her early yoga practice was guided by books and self-study. She remained drawn to yoga for the quiet, reflective nature of that practice and for how the poses and breath work challenged her to increase strength and flexibility of body and mind. After receiving her Master of Public Health, Lee was inspired to teach yoga as a part of promoting health in the community.

Thai Yoga Bodywork

Thai bodywork is an ancient healing technique that combines hands-on acupressure with assisted stretching and movement. Done fully clothed on a thick padded mat on the floor, it is like have yoga done for you. This treatment is bliss! In most forms of massage, the practitioner uses their hands and sometimes other objects to relax and manipulate your muscles.

This workshop will give you the time, space, and focus to quiet the active thinking mind so that you can re-connect with the wise part of your being. In the first part of the workshop, Jen will lead a Yin yoga sequence. In Yin Yoga, poses are done sitting or lying down with the support of props and are held for an extended period of time.
