Developer Ira Fenton and former New York Giant Tucker Frederickson who were part of the team that developed The Bear's Club and The Ritz-Carlton Golf Club & Spa, Jupiter (now Trump National Golf Club, Jupiter), came up with the idea three years ago.
Through their connections in South Florida, including landlord and partner, Bjarne Borg, they found other like-minded individuals who were interested in bringing something fresh and new to northern Palm Beach County.

We live in paradise, and while 1000 NORTH values our relaxed South Florida lifestyle, we believe tank tops, flip-flops, swimwear, and athletic wear are too casual for the experience we provide.
