A cancellation due to weather will only be determined by the captain. The captain will keep you updated on the weather in regard your fish charter trip. If your trip is cancelled, your deposit will be refunded or you may choose to reschedule your fish charter trip. We do follow local fish and game laws, as long as the size limit is legal you can keep them.
