I waited to write a review because I purchased an engagement ring but i didn't want my girlfriend at the time to read the review to give her a hint. I had John as a sales rep and I have to say he was excellent I truly wish more sales reps were like him he was not pushy making a big purchase like that and he also spent a lot of time picking out a nice ring.
