What are your tasting room hours?
Our downtown Sonoma location is open daily 11AM-7:30PM (Mar-Dec) and 11AM-6PM (Jan-Feb). The winery is open daily 10:30AM-5PM.
Do you offer wine tastings?
Yes! We provide daily tastings at both locations, including barrel tastings at the winery. Reservations are recommended for groups of 10+.
Can I host a private event at Roche?
Yes. We host weddings, corporate events, and celebrations at both our downtown tasting room and Carneros winery with customized wine pairings.
Is the vineyard retreat pet-friendly?

Very good. I sat outside at a table that was distanced from other tables. I wouldn't visit any wine tasting indoors these days due to Covid. I must say that the two people who served me were excellent. They did a great job explaining the wines and the vineyards. The outdoor location was very nice. You should give it a try!

The wines were really rough but the setting was stunning. I suggest forgoing the tasting, just have a glass of the brut rose and maybe a bite and enjoy the ambiance.

My husband and I came here on our anniversary getaway to Sonoma! Roche downtown tasting room was the first stop we made as it was closest to our Airbnb and what a pleasant surprise! Our server and tasting room Manager Sean was excellent! He was so kind and gave our dog treats! Absolutely recommend this place (and the Chardonnay too!)

Nice ambience but terrible wine. Too many better choices in the area to come back to this winery. We had 4 tasters. Two whites and two reds. The last taster made me make a horrible face. My husband was afraid to try it after seeing my expression but he did it anyway. He said it wasn't as bad as he thought it would be but still wouldn't try it again. Nice fire pit and decent customer service but still not enough to bring us back.
