In 2014, we literally took a leap of faith and jumped into the Methode Champenoise process to produce the highest quality sparkling wine.

We're a family owned business with a commitment to growing quality grapes, because we understand that exceptional wines begin in the vineyard. We planted and have been producing Chardonnay, Petite Sirah and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes on our home ranch in the rolling Clements hills for over 19 years, and have been making wine for both domestic and international export even longer.

Sparkling- M. Champenoise

The best Champagnes, or sparkling wines, are made in the methode champenoise style, which is labor intensive and requires both time and care to create a premium quality product known for its creamy flavor and tiny bubbles. Following fermentation, the still base wine or cuvee is bottled along with a small amount of liqueur de tirage (a wine mixture of sugar and yeast), triggering a secondary fermentation.
