All group and private classes continue to be held remotely by Zoom video. We are having much success with this new capability and will continue to offer it after we reopen the studio. Just book your classes as you normally would and you'll receive a link by email and text to connect with your laptop / tablet / phone.

You'll be able to participate, interact, and receive feedback from Lilia as well as chat with the rest of the class as if you were in the studio. Scroll down for the schedule. We have introduced an unlimited monthly class pass, for only $59 per month! All Bliss yogis really should sign up for this!

Level 1 (Basics / Fundamentals): Learning standing and seated postures, gentle backbends and mild inversions, twists and breathing techniques. Level 2 (Intermediate): Vinyasa flow, arm balances, core building and strengthening postures, and breath maximizing techniques. Level 3 (Advanced): Strong standing postures, inversions, back bends, repetitive warrior series flow, variations of planks, arm balances.

You will be connected to the MINDBODY service that we use to schedule, make payments, and track membership. It's easy to use and even easier if you use their smartphone app. If you need help come in early or stay after class. Yes, we'll accept the same forms of payment that we do online. We'll set you up with a MINDBODY account to track your attendance and register your payment.

Generally occurs two Friday evenings per month. This class is designed for partner work. Bring a date, a spouse, a loved one, a friend, a sibling or a companion with whom you are willing to spend time with, build trust in yourself as well as your partner/date, learn to accept support, be an encouragement, laugh out loud, learn to let go of all life's demands during this energizing and fun yoga practice.

Bring your yoga mat, if you don't have one, you may borrow one from the studio or great quality mats are available for purchase. Bring your water bottle & perhaps a hand towel (if you think you may use it). Of course, even a short yoga practice is better than no yoga practice! However, we advise everyone if possible showing up a few minutes earlier for a comfortable transition allowing your mind and body to settle in and relax.
