So, just recently were rushed into a lease by these guys before any utilities were turned on for a thorough inspection. The place is filthy, safety equipment is broken/ripped off the ceilings, the ac unit is broke, the locks aren't going to be changed, and I'm being railroaded into them saying it's mine now and my problem. What kind of company says a unit is "move in ready" and then provides a home that needs well over $2k at least in work/repairs and isn't even livable with it containing BLACK MOLD?!!?!!! This company is a total scam and has taken my money, advertised a honey pot, and delivered

We used West Maple as our property managers and they were great! They took care of every call from our tenants in a timely manager. And they provided us the paperwork to do our taxes every year.
Then, they sold our home after another realtor failed! Chris and his team are great. We appreciate all that they have done for us.

An absolute scam manager. My friends walked into the rental home to absolutely unlivable filth. Photos made me want to vomit. Clearly the property manager does not verify the condition of the home prior to re-renting. Nothing was cleaned and I mean throw up in your mouth filth, bugs, rotting garbage thrown in backyard. Mold and water damages... Did I mention bugs! Clearly the long distance owner must be unaware of how his property is being ruined! Do not rent from this company or use him as a manager!

If you want to be betrayed by old photos of a place and taken advantage of because you cannot physically see the place, then this is the realty company you want to rent from! Home owners, if you want to pay for your home to be managed by a company that does not take care of your property and let's it go beyond normal wear and tear, I highly recommend this place. Michael Blackmon is a professional senior property manager who has very low explectations for places and will make sure that your renters are told their standards are too high. And by high standards I mean a place filled with water

West Maple Realty in Charlotte has not been the best. We rented a house with them in July 2015..we were so thrilled! Once we got the key access, it was super dirty prior to moving in. We assumed that when we looked at the house it would have been cleaned up for us- nope. The kitchen counters were very sticky, the downstairs bathroom was beyond gross we had to call them to get the toilet professionally cleaned. The showers had a massive bundle of hair...the carpets were dirty...just not the best. We spent a lot of time trying to clean the house for us to move in. There were so many mechanical issues
