So unimpressed with the response. I have submitted a "Contact Us" form request twice in the past month. Both times Steven Wolford replied with an email asking what information I would need. Both times I have responded (lot maps, prices, descriptions - you know, the kind of things you need to buy some property - DUH). And both times I've never heard anything back at all. Crickets. I just get the impression Mr. Wolford is just not that interested in serving potential clients or selling property. If this is the response level from a VERY SERIOUS INTENT to purchase lead, I can only imagine how dreadful

Had the pleasure to find Jeremy from the Water Front Group searching from my dream piece of land in the Mountains near Banner Elk, NC. We have had a fabulous experience with Waterfront Group from the very beginning. We initially went to check out the property and were immediately sold on the beautiful location and the fantastic amenities at Eagle's Nest in Banner Elk, NC. The experience with every staff member--from our salesperson Allison to the people who work in the office to the builders they recommend--has been exceptional. I can't recommend them enough.
