As one of Skip's long-term clients (renting out my Dad's house), we've always been delighted with Oceanside's high level of service & affordability (we're retired on fixed income). When our rental property's wifi booster failed & Comcast refused to get involved, we were in trouble: living far away & unable to travel (COVID); no tech-savvy family members in the area. Skip absolutely saved us (& our guests) from catastrophe by FIXING THE PROBLEM - and it wasn't an easy fix! Skip has never failed to resolve a problem, which is why our guests end up coming back every year. We would never consider another

They have a lot of rentals with price ranges everyone could afford!!!! We've stayed in atleast 3 of their properties within the last 7 years, ranging from $800 a week up to $1,500 a week and some are pet friendly which is awesome!!!
