Kaizen in Japanese simply means "To Strive for Continuous Improvement". We are a mid-sized dojo that focuses on Traditional Okinawan Martial Arts with a foundation on "Kaizen". In addition to having highly skilled instructors with over 100 years of combined experience, we are also affiliated with Shidokan International.
This institution hand selects dojos that follow traditional Okinawan techniques, respects tradition and culture and ensures that schools are not pushing out "Black Belts" that are not true to the standards. We are a premier training facility-dojo for those new to the martial arts as well as those returning to training from different martial backgrounds.
