Report
The office staff is very disrespectful and upsetting. I asked for a 3 month supply of contacts for my right eye, and Stephanie refused to give me an honest quote. She repeatedly quoted me for two eyes, as if I had no right to ask for what I wanted. Horrific treatment and customer service.

I have been coming here for years and almost every experience is awful. I keep hoping they service will improve, but it just keeps getting worse. The waits are very long. The staff is unpleasant and difficult to deal with. the prices are some of the highest around. I have spent thousands here over the years and at this point I'll never give them another penny.
