Been coming here for 8+ years. When a specialist was NEEDED Dr. Todd Goldblum was right on top of it and straight to work for serious issues that could have resulted in a lost eye/vision. For regular exams Dr Hitchcock is very friendly and has great demeanor with my children. We Need more offices like this

They got us in right away after an emergency eye injury, even though they were going to close soon. I knew they squeezed us in, but I still felt that the exam was thorough and we were SO pleased with Dr. Goldblum's expertise. I have no doubt that my child's quick recovery is due to being seen so fast after the injury occurred. THANK YOU!!!

Not impressed with this practice. We were given a two month out appointment and told we could call in on Mondays to see if there might be a Tuesday cancellation. (Tuesdays are the only day apparently that the doctor sees adults.) Finally got to secure an earlier appointment due to a cancellation and then were called the day of the new appointment because the doctor was ill. Unfortunately our original appointment had been cancelled and we'd now have to wait another two months. Not fair!

Avoid this business, unnecessary expense of HUNDRES of DOLLARS out-of-pocket, had to file BBB complaint.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced from a provider. Service was coded incorrectly and bill was not accurate. Administrative staff is misleading, hostile, feels no obligation to provide explanations for billing, and made no effort to resolve issue. Billing issues account for HUNDREDS of dollars of out-of-pocket expenses (for a 10 minute standard eye exam) for a service that would have been $5 copay otherwise.

I'm only giving him 1 star because there is no way to give a review without giving a star, Dr. Goldblum deserves a thumb down. Despite having a diagnosis that does not favor full sight and vision, my son deserves every opportunity to develop his sight as much as he is able to. This doctor refused to let us try glasses as if it would hurt anything, he was extremely rough with my son stating in frustration "he's too tough, he's very hard", (HE'S A BABY!) he left scratches on his eyelids, and after all was said and done for his exam, his bedside manner was HORRIBLE! Being a nurse myself, I have NEVER

Got a referral from the pediatrician. I have to say that Im super happy with all of the staff from the front desk all the way up to the doctor. My daughter saw Dr. Leenheer and she was fantastic! My daughter was so comfortable here (shes 3) and loves her glasses. I also appreciate the covid safety precautions that this office is taking. Im very cautious to take my kids out during this time but felt at ease here.
