Last minute emergency for my Yorkie and they couldnt have been more accommodating and professional!! It was a Saturday and they were closing in 39 minutes but they welcomed us - a first time patient.

Absolutely amazing! My pup was very sick and I did not have a vet established in New York yet. When I called, the receptionist was very welcoming and told me to come as soon as possible and they would find time to help us. When I arrived, I did not have to wait at all and the technician was took a very thorough history and translated this well to the doctor. Dr. Lancer is everything you want in your veterinarian! He gave me a plethora of differentials and options to pursue and did not push his opinions on what we should do. We took a rather conservative approach to treat Snoopy outpatient and he

Since I got Violet a yr and a half ago they have always taken great care of her. She went in for dental surgery today and they called and gave me updates and made me feel at ease. They sent me home with a full write up on details of her surgery and how she responded. The staff and Dr were amazing, kind and courteous. The hospital waiting room and examination room was very clean and neat. I highly recommend Oyster Bay Animal Hospital!!!
