Upon arrival, we called the front desk to inform them we were there for the appointment. No one answered the phone so we walked in. Staff was extremely unorganized and rude. Waited for 25 minutes past my appointment. If youre running behind schedule inform the customer. Have been there in the past and they had no records of my dog. Will not be returning.

This is hands down the best animal hospital. I have called with pet emergencies and they always fit me in. Dr.Greenberg is so thorough, patient, and cares about my pets well being. The staff is always kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend Wantagh Animal Hospital!

I having been taking my pets here for at least 30 years. The staff is amazing and Dr Diana Larmore is probably the best veterinarian I have ever known. She did emergency stomach surgery on my last Golden which saved his life. He recovered quickly and had minimal scarring. I now have 2 Goldens, one of which had a really rough first year with recurring issues. Dr Larmore always made herself available as did the other doctors whenever I needed an emergency appointment. Christine and the other Girls in the office always make me feel welcome and truly love the pets they treat and take care of. I trust

Im 43. In my life Ive had six cats and a dog. I have gone to Wantagh Animal Hospital for my entire life. A while back, after a kind of vaccinations, I was told my dog had an unknown condition, she wasnt eating, she wasnt going to the bathroom. Over the course of a week I was told her liver enzymes were elevated and there was a possibility of that Leptospirosis, they just didnt know. It took almost a full week to get test results back that provided no answers outside of its not Leptospirosis. $1,500 later for ZERO answers and NO help. This morning I called the Animal Hospital
