Maybe it was the high expectations I had based on the reviews but I overall didnt have the experience I wish I had. My previous vet from where I used to live would also come to get my dog from the car due to Covid during my appointment time and would have my dog back within 30-45 min depending on what was needing to be done. I never thought I would end up waiting for 2 hours for my dog to have an exam and booster shots. I am assuming my dog was placed in a cage for some time until she was ready to be seen which makes me incredibly upset knowing how scared and anxious she gets. I also would have

Our Ginger always has a great stay with Spot On. Our family can go away on vacations with the piece of mind that she is well taken care of, is safe and sound and is enjoying her own vacation! Would highly recommend for day and extended stays. The staff is attentive and kind and I know shes always in good hands!
