I shopped a few BJJ Gyms in the area and this gym is different. Very friendly people and the coach is always on the mat showing his students how to get better. I have lost weight and learned a lot so far at Black Lion. Chad runs a great training facility and has a lot of great staff in place to assist in teaching.
