Our Chinese martial arts programs included Wing Chun, Jow Ga, and Tai Chi styles as handed down by the original masters. In addition to promoting physical and mental well-being for children and adults, our martial art programs allow students to learn self defense, build confidence, discipline and leadership skills as that they can apply in every facet of their lives.

Our one-on-one approach focuses on each student's needs and learning abilities while empowering them with the skills necessary to succeed. Whether you are a novice or experienced martial artist looking for fitness, self-defense, or in-depth study, there is something to fit you at Chan's Kung Fu School.

Our Youth Kung Fu programs are designed to help encourage and build each child's self-confidence while instilling discipline and structure through physical and mental fitness. Class are available for children as young as 6! Wing Chun is a close quarter fighting system that teaches students how to quickly neutralize threats and defeat opponents much larger than themselves, even in narrow, confined spaces.

Standard membership allows you to attend all classes for one specific program/style (Wing Chun, Jow Ga, or Tai Chi for example). Family plans allow multiple members of your family to enroll together in one martial art style of your choice. A private lesson is just that - one on one with you and an instructor.
Wing Chun

Wing Chun is a close quarters fighting style that utilizes direct, efficient, simple techniques that are easy to learn. Wing Chun practitioners learn how to neutralize threats from opponents much larger and stronger than themselves and are able to fight effectively even in narrow, confined spaces. An effective style for anyone to learn, Wing Chun is particularly well suited to women that are often times much smaller than their aggressors.
Youth Kung Fu

The children in our Little Mantis Program get great exercise in a fun safe environment. At Chan's Kung Fu School we incorporate Martial Arts into a fun games which many six to eight years old would enjoy. Drills are specially designed towards the development of young people's motor skills, concentration, decision making skills, listening skills and social skills.
Tai Chi

Tai Chi (Taiji or Taijiquan in Mandarin) is a soft, gentle, and graceful internal style of Chinese martial art. Though it has its roots in martial theory and application, Tai Chi is also practiced for its many health benefits, including stress management. The slow, flowing movements help to strengthen muscles and tendons, while keeping the joints and ligaments limber, increasing their range of motion and making them more resilient to injury.
