Rinu did a fantastic job of helping us sell our home quickly and painlessly. We put the house on the market just before Thanksgiving, right after everything had shut down again because of the pandemic. Although everyone always hopes for a higher offer, we got an offer, over our asking price, in five days. The prep, marketing and offer phases went very smoothly. They coordinated inspections, minor fixes and repairs for the property, guiding the final steps for the landscaping and other details.
