There is a $46.00 charge for each individual applicant. Cash is not accepted. Cashier's check or money order only. This charge offsets some of the costs to run a credit check and criminal background check. Background Investigations provides the criminal history and full screening report. They utilize TransUnion to provide the credit report, which relays information for the last seven (7) years.

Sketchy and disorganized. Good luck renting from them. This company will collect your rent check and do literally nothing to maintain the property or building. We lived in an apartment for three years, the latter 1.5 under the management of this company. First, when they took over, they tried to double-charge us the deposit we'd already paid upon move-in two managers before them. In addition, despite emails from myself and other tenants, followed by reassurances that someone would come out to make improvements to the impassable and weed-choked walkways, no one ever came. Nor did anyone ONCE come

This company has corrupt business practices. I had an appointment for viewing, was told I was the first in line, then showed up for my appointment EARLY with application complete and the agent had already opened the door, 20 minutes before our appointment, and accepted application from someone else. He excused denying me my viewing appointment time by saying "people say they are going to do things all the time and don't do them", then took my application and payment as a backup. He said that my application fee would be refunded if they did not run my application. I have called the office several

This Company has bad business Practices! I wish I could give them -3 stars. After deciding not to renew a lease they tried to issue a rent receipt with an incorrect date of 10 Days past due date in order to keep Security deposit. Will make You Wait over a month to return deposit even when You Leave Property better than You recived it, and still Dock You for BS. I would definitely Not recommend this company to anyone.
