More than just fitness classes - We are focused on lifelong wellness for every studio member. With 40+ classes on our weekly schedule and 17 instructors, Longevita is able to provide a unique level of diversity and expertise. Through smaller class sizes and opportunities for individual attention, our goal is to help every individual find the right routines to reach their own personal goals within a positive, community atmosphere.
Pilates Classes

This invigorating Pilates class focuses on strengthening the core, creating long and lean muscles while working with a variety of props to challenge even the most experienced clients. Within this class, we will utilize additional equipment, such as Spring Wall, Bosus, dumbbells, Therabands, foam rollers, squishy balls, stability balls, and more!
Yoga Classes

This all-level class will introduce yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. Emphasis is placed on understanding, safety, and stability within each pose. If you have never tried yoga this class is perfect for you and is designed to meet the needs of those new to yoga as well as those seeking continued understanding of yoga poses.
Strength Classes

This all-level class is an intense, physical, total body workout designed to lengthen and strengthen your muscles. You are, quite literally, working head to toe. Barre is a combination of ballet, Pilates, and yoga. With this dynamic combination, you are able to achieve lean and sculpted muscles, in a safe, free-of-injury way.
Specialized classes / NeuroFit

This is an exercise program designed to enhance the lives of people who have been diagnosed with a neurological condition, such as Parkinson's or Multiple Sclerosis. Within this class we will be combining low impact aerobic exercise with appropriate modifications designed for people with neurological conditions, strength, coordination, and balance training.
