My fianc and I lived on 2555 W College for 1 year. We loved living here and never had any issues (except with the laundry rooms) until we moved out. We spent two full days scrubbing everything clean and we still lost our *entire* security deposit plus a portion of our prorated rent. They charged us $700 for "paint and wall treatments". This company's objective is to take your money. Don't waste your time cleaning upon move out because of this, and if possible, find another apartment not under their jurisdiction.

My husband and I have been with Alliance for several years as Owners. We tried 3 different companies before finding Alliance. Allison runs a tight ship and is always Professional and Fair to both her Owners and Tenants. My emails and calls were always responded to within 24 hours and the Follow-up was reasonable and efficient. Their maintenance requests and repairs were quick and fairly priced. We have several rentals in different states and I never give a review that is not earned and warranted as I rely on them for my own business. If you rent from these people, they will take your security deposit. When we moved into the house, there was a table in the backyard. When we left the house, they charged us for leaving the table in the backyard. They only allow you to use a very specific carpet cleaning company, if you use another one they wont accept it and will charge you for it. We genuinely put an effort into continuously keeping the house clean, and they gave us just under 400 dollars back on our security deposits. They dont seem to understand their own renters portal, as they charged us an extra months rent. While they corrected
