Calling this management company unprofessional or scammers may be a little too generous because above all they are lazy. These people have no interest in their tenants. All they care about is taking money from people who have already given them everything they have. When moving in, they promised a washer/dryer that was not here. It took weeks of emails and reminders to finally receive the dirty washer/dryer units they provided. If I did not have written confirmation that we would have one, I believe wholeheartedly they would not have never provided out units. In addition to this, the rug was incredibly

Staff were very nice ..except our door knob is defective and it's driving us so crazy...to either lock or unlock it..they.have not done any maintenance yet...till now despite us calling about it ... and whoever service they hired to mow our lawn ..the grasses are still long ..(I felt their blades are dull. )I will be posting review here every month if there will be improvements.. Today Sept 21,2021 the Maintenance manager came and change the door knobs, fixed the rubber of the door too.. and they also fixed the showers handle, and if there will still be a problem with the showers handle they said

I would give .5 stars if I could. No integrity and essentially stole $1800 dollars from us after a bold faced lie. We talked to an attorney about going after them, and eventually it would have been worth it, but we did not want to deal with the headache, which is what they were probably counting on. They said we wouldn't have to pay our last months rent because we gave the 30 days notice. The place was immaculate when we left, and they still tried to claim we owed the last months rent and kept our deposit and charged for "damage".

I rented a house that was managed by Management Associates for ~3 years. I never had an issue with them, but I knew to always take proactive measures when dealing with a rental company such as photos and videos upon move-in, getting signed copies of rent payment, etc.. I kept EVERYTHING. I am glad I did not have to utilize it however, as I've had bad experiences with previous landlords that ended in court.

I even got my full deposit back, aside from one broken bedroom door that my former room mate had kicked a massive hole in, but they were reasonable about the replacement fee. Upon move-out inspection
