Oxford at Lake Worth has very nice apartments. Very spacious. Laura Kirkland was the person that assisted me. She made my transition from Chicago to Texas more than excellent. She took care of me every step of the way. No question went unanswered and the responses were very prompt. Laura is what I was hoping to find from the people here in Texas. Southern hospitality.

So my Water & Sewer charge goes from $30 to $90 in a month with the same amount of use, without any leaks. I called the apartment, they helped me at first. It worked for few months. Now I'm having the same issue again. I called the apartment and the lady who picked up the phone rudely said they will send for Bucket test and I'll not get any credit and I have to pay what it shows in my account. How does this even work? Why are they charging me 3 times more for the water? And this is not the first time I've had this problem. Seems intentional negligence from the management. One month I pay $1070

This is big apartment complex, but very little parking spot. They have lots of carpool and garage, and dog pub every where...when I move on they tall me never have parking problem. ... Ever since I lived hear every night have parking problem.. talk to maneger ,. She only say ...we have carpool and garage. They make contract with towing company make extra money.
They tow my car (same night over10 car tow) talk to maneger , she say nothing she can help.... Pay 1180.00 .1 bedroom and I don't deserve 1 parking spot.

I love these apartments! The gated community provides a sense of safety and security for those who live alone. The best thing about living here is Laura! She assisted me in finding the perfect apartment and each time I have a question she is eagerly assisting me in answering it or completing a task that I need to be completed. Laura, you are an amazing woman and now someone I consider a friend. You are definitely an asset to this great community!

I absolutely love these apartments!!! So many things to make you fall in love, first let me start by saying Laura was a huge help! She helped make the move process less of a headache, she made everything so smooth and simple and got me in with no hassle, the apartments are so big and Roomie, the patios are HUGE, never noisey, always pleasant. After the winter storm, this place was falling apart left and right. Now that they have a new manager in, you can see things getting done FAST.
The girls in the office are super friendly and very apologetic about the previous management. I came in to ask about my repairs in my apartment not being done from the storm and Alexis jumped on the issues immediately and got them done NEXT day.
These girls were amazing! A lot of people are not giving them enough credit. Huge thumbs up!

Maintenance sucks. The place is falling apart and they don’t have the means to fix it. Management is a revolving door of incompetent women who can’t seem to hold on to their job for longer than a few months. BBQ pits don’t work. Pools are disgusting and closed most of the time. Apartments are infested with roaches. Trash valet is very inconsistent but even if they miss a day or two you can guarantee they you’ll be charged for it at the end of the month. If you’re considering this place, don’t.

SO we have only been living here for a few weeks and we love it. We are in the Phase 1 models and of course with them being older we had a few minor maintenance issues that needed to be fixed and our A/C randomly stopped working, but was fixed pretty quickly as well as the other minor issues. Big thanks to Jerry (I believe that's his name) but he is the maintenance supervisor and he was so friendly and quick to get this done, we even threw in a request that we made that day that he didn't see (we literally made it less than an hour before he showed up) and he fixed it too!

I live in Phase 1 and have been so happy! Affordable rent, quick responses from management/maintenance and no problems! I had one poor interaction with a neighbor (man below me asking if there was a man he could speak with after dark at my door, I'm a mid twenties woman and don't like to advertise that I'm alone at home). I spoke with management and they handled it! Great little dog park and I never had issues with finding a parking spot. Lock your car doors, but that's a no brainer anywhere you are. 14 minutes from Sundance Square, 20 minutes from HEB, I loved the location

In light of the current situation I wanted to update my review. I have now lived here for a little over 4 months. I work 2 jobs so I am not home much, except on the weekends. I am a homebody, so when I am not working, I like to be home in my own space. Other than my daughters car being stolen out of this gated community and figuring out that the people on the payroll here, DO NOT care about their residents, its been an uneventful stay. I like the apartment. I have the large 1 bedroom, on the 3rd floor. I leave for work at 3pm and do not return until 9am the next day, and it's usually a quiet

I have only lived here for three weeks and I love the apartment, the kitchen is awesome. The management has recently changed and they are the best. I had two issues and they fixed them before I realized it, immediately. They have also been very accommodating in helping my move in here along with being super nice. I plan to stay indefinitely.

I think Oxford at Lake Worth has gotten quite a bad rap lately for their service. My wife and I lived there from 2015-2018, and had an overall good experience. While I will agree that we hardly ever needed anything from management, the times that we did they were plenty accommodating. We had our toilet handle break at one point, and they fixed it by the next day.
At the time of this post, I'm not sure what their prices are, however we did get a good value for our place until about our final year, at which point we decided to move and seek out newer accommodations.

Don't understand why I can't go down to my pool and enjoy my day without our front office ladies coming out and having something to say. You can't have beer "CANS" at the pool. Never heard of such a thing. Oh and then the following day I go back to enjoy another day in the sun, and they tell my friend that she needs to go change her swimsuit because there was a complaint..... please tell me where on the "pool rules" sign it says to "watch what you wear". This place is ridiculous. Glad I move out in 2 months :)

Whoever is writing the reviews for this site, are Lying! its probably someone that works for the property most likely; My family and I moved here in Nov 2016 and we had minor problems when we moved in. 1st parking is horrible, the property was designed with Minimum parking to force the residents to purchase a covered spot for $25 or a Garage for $75+, Then of course when we moved in we had Knats everywhere all the time. We thought it was something we were doing, but our neighbor next door told us they had them to.Finally, after complaining an getting told pest control came out, which we later found

I lived there for three years in older part of complex until December 2017. I had two bedroom apartment on 2nd floor and personally I and my family enjoyed our time there. We did face couple of issues and yes there are few places they can improve.
Parking is hard to find there especially on weekends. Walls are thin and on master bedroom you can hear your neighbors talking.
What we enjoyed though was huge balconies they have and we didn't have to worry about disturbing anyone on 1st floor because there was a garage there. Like I said parking is hard to find there but we never had any

My girlfriend and I lived there for a whole year. We couldn't get out of there any sooner. The parking was horrendous! Often the gates were left wide open leaving much room for theft as my truck was stolen over night. I took several pictures showing the gates left open on several occasions. Not once were we reached out to in order to make things right. If you live here prepare for the worst service as they do not care. The pools get cleaned once a week if that. Stear clear from this place!

After residing here for 8 years in two espérate occasions, we can honestly say it was a safe place to live. If ever there was a break in (I can only recall this 3xs), flyers were sent out to the units advising them of such. Although, during our stay, we did see many managing companies come and go so we never really had a relationship with them. If we needed maintenance, however, they were courteous and ready to help us in a timely fashion. After they built Phase II, we did start to see more issues with parking but it never affected us, thank goodness for our carport/ garage. One of our favorite

This place is amazing. The staff at Oxford at Lake Worth are the best apartment staff I ever had the pleasure of working with. They get problems taken care of as soon as possible. I recently got a puppy and they walk her for me when I'm at work. They truly care for their residents and are so friendly. The complex is very quiet and has a wide range of ages that stay here.I would recommend this apt complex to friends and family. I simply love this place!!!!!!

Please DO NOT consider moving to these apartments. I'm going to give a few reasons on why these apartments are the absolute worse.
1. No parking ever.
Whoever designed this place made sure to maximize housing and give the least amount of parking per apartment. Its basically forcing you to pay for covered or garage parking. I have had to walk up to a 1/2 mile to get to my third story apartment at some times. I'm very sure the way they designed this complex was to make sure that most people would pay the 75 to 150 dollar covered parking so they can make more money.

I spent about 10 months with what is now Oxford at Lake Worth. Over the course of a month, in the middle of the summer, I went two full weeks without air conditioning. Each time I put in a ticket they would come out, refill the refrigerant, which would get the a/c working again for a day or three... just to fail again. The second time it was out for a full week I had to put in multiple tickets and even called the front office a couple of times. I had to go out and buy fans so that my kids and I could get to sleep in the 85+ degree apartment. To add on to it all, when they finally fully fixed
