How we do it - Mountain Float Spa offers a quiet and tranquil environment tucked away in the heart of New Paltz, NY. From the moment you enter feel free to leave your worries at the door and enjoy a session of Floatation, Massage, or both! Floatation therapy occurs in a private room with your own personal shower and floatation cabin.

People float to recover from injuries, fight addiction, treatment for chronic pain, enable stress management and much more. Floating naturally increases dopamine and endorphin levels, boosting your mood and leaving you with a pleasant afterglow that lasts for days afterwards. Without the need to fight gravity or take in external information, you will l likely experience the most complete relaxation you have ever felt.

Exams got you stressed out? Need help focusing? Float on a week day at the same time with another student, (separately) and the two of you can float for just $50.00 each! Must present current student ID. Give him the gift of float or rather "floats" this Father's Day with two 60 minute floats for just $100!

We are super excited to have local artist Eric Archer display his amazing works on wood here at Mountain Float Spa! Eric Archer is a Hudson Valley based woodcarver and painter drawing inspiration from nature and its bounty. He is known for his organic wall sculptures that channel natural patterns and the fluidity of light.
