No personal information is shared with any external parties and as a parent you will only receive information specifically about your child's progress. Parents can access your Tadpoles account via the app or web, you will be able to enter in morning drop off notes for your child's teachers, mark your child absent, and/or add any additional notes to be communicated to the school.

Our humble beginnings started in 2007 when my husband and I launched Kidtime Daycare from our home in Leesburg, VA. During that time, we built a great reputation for providing families with academic excellence and exceptional care. In the summer of 2012, we found the Hamilton Rescue Squad building on the market for sale.

Our Programs

The National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) published the Study of Early Child Care and Youth Development (SECCYD) in 2010. This was the most comprehensive study ever done following the long-term effects of child care at an early age on children's social, emotional, intellectual, and language development through their teen years.

We offer full and part time preschool programs and after school enrichment for kids 2 -7 years of age. Please contact us to schedule a private tour where you will have the opportunity to meet our team members, visit each classroom, and learn more about our program curriculum, special events, extracurricular activities, and program rates.

Extended care is included with both our full-time and part-time programs but is limited to 10 hours a day. Extended care is not offered for our 2-year-old morning program. We use the Creative Curriculum and the Gospel Light Curriculum. We are also a member of Virginia Quality and we have achieved a Level 2 Certification.
