If you are eligible to join City Employees Credit Union, an account can be opened for you. Simply stop by one our offices to complete an application and signature card with your initial deposit of $5.00 plus a $5.00 application fee. You live, work, worship, or attend school within any of the following counties: Knox, Union, Blount, Anderson, and Loudon.
