Our refinance with Fountain City Finance was extremely easy and smooth. Daryl, Heather and Danielle were always available and answered all questions. It was nice to support a local company as opposed to national company where your just a number, and they gave us a better rate! We only have one regret...and that is not calling FCF sooner!

Let me just say WOW! We had such a great experience with FCF!!! The entire team made this process extremely easy and super fast! They were all very pleasant on top of that! I was amazed at how easy this entire process was. We had wanted to refinance for so long! We were worried about the process and length of time it may take so we always chose not to but I am so glad we made the choice to do this with FCF! We got an amazing rate and got rid of all our debt at the same time! Now all we have is a house payment! Thanks FCF! You all are the best!

Loan process was surprisingly easy. Had an overall good experience. The only thing that frustrated me about the process is they kept losing my documents. Documents I had to pay money to obtain. But overall everything went pretty smooth. Would defiantly use them again.
