From the moment we stepped onto this property , we felt very comfortable. Mindy, the manager, is extremely friendly and welcoming.
The security gate is always functioning. The maintenance crew is next level.
The swimming pool has always been in beautiful condition. The landscaping around the property is very nice, especially the trees in the back facing the Trinity Trails!
We Love this Place! Its so peaceful and calm.
My wife and I have leased 6 Apartments in our 33 years of marriage,
and all have had their pros and cons, however, this is our Favorite.

I was a resident at River Park Place for almost 13 years. It was a beautiful, perfect 13 years!! The management team, Amber, Sonja and Jennifer are awesome 👏!! Always smiling and happy to help! The maintenance team, Gonzalo, John and Victor are the best I’ve seen. All service requests are handled within 24 hours 99% of the time. The facility itself is amazingly well built so you don’t hear other people’s noise. One free covered parking spot is rare but not at River Park Place! The mail drop room for packages is really handy! I have nothing negative to say about this complex. Give them

I have lived in 3 separate apartments within the past 3 years and this was by far my favorite one. The ladies at the front were very nice. And my apartment was beautiful. The only issue I had was the heating. In the winter the heat would only work in my bedroom, when I brought it up to the front they didn't really know what they could do. Aside from that it was an enjoyable place to be.

So much to say about these apartments so grab your. Prices are high so I was expecting everything to be kept up with. HOWEVER, the apartment was full of spider webs and very dirty on the inside. My husband and I didn't complain and just cleaned it ourselves. This is a gated complex, however, the gates were left open for MONTHS, leaving the apartments open for strangers. Next, the grass is never cut, and when they cut it they leave the dead grass all over the streets and sidewalks.
My biggest complaint is that during the global pandemic of Covid-19, my brother and sister had no where to go

I really enjoyed living here this past year! The leasing office has very sweet personnel and the apartments are beautiful. I had an updated/remodeled unit that came with stainless steel appliances, deep kitchen sink, flat stove, nice finishes (would've been awesome if it was granite though!) , and a huge L-shaped balcony.
John is a friend staff worker who has been very helpful with keeping the apartment complex clean and goes out of his way to make sure tenants are happy! (Eg there was a wasp and cat problem that we had, and he went ahead and took care of it even though it technically wasn

Cons:
1. The two front desk women are rude, please hire some friendlier it really makes a difference.
2. They cannot get it together with the water bills.
3. Parking is horrible, if you don’t come home by a certain hour you won’t find parking. Also assigned parking is kind of a mess and needs to be better regulated. People will park in your assigned spots.

2. Premises are , except when people leave their trash out on Sundays (you’re not suppose to)
3. Maintenance is efficient and nice.
4. Access to trails.

My wife and I moved to River Park Place from downtown Fort Worth and it is night and day better than the "high end" apartment complexes you'll find around town. First being the noise. We have never heard any neighbor and the community as a whole seems to have a real chill vibe. Everyone is friendly! The vaulted ceilings, stainless steel appliances, access to the trinity steps from our door, hard wood floors, and balcony size are just a few of the things we love about this place. If something breaks they have it fixed in 24 hours. If I could think of a negative it would be parking

I love living here!! I've lived here for about a year and a half in two different units (upgraded to 2 bed when got married!) There really aren't enough good things to say about this place. The location is impeccable in nature right on the trinity in the best location on River Park Drive. Having lived in downtown FW, I love this location on the west side near clearfork a thousand times better than anywhere downtown or near west 7th. Central market, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and not one but two Sprouts are all within 10 minutes driving distance. The premises are impeccably maintained

I honestly don't know where to start so I'll just make a list. I'll also provide pictures. Tenants should be very cautious before leasing at River Park Place.
1. The entire staff is very incompetent. The manager, Amber, is passive aggressive and insincere. Valerie, who works in the front office, is a plain liar. They tell you what you want to hear and then do nothing. The entire maintenance staff is shady, shady. The one maintenance guy, John, isn't worth my time finding words to write about him. I can think of something, but it just isn't nice to say.
