Our mission is to support your sense of wellness and wholeness through yoga and meditation. Yoga is a system of exercises based upon a profound knowledge of the relationship between the Body and the Mind. The Body and the Mind constitutes the basis of all human endeavors. Hatha yoga is slower and less intense style of yoga. You will defintely feel longer, looser, and more relaxed after each class.

Class or Private Session Gift Certificates can be purchased as a class pack/private session above. Just make note to seller when checking out online that your class pack/private session is for a gift certificate. You will then be emailed a gift certificate for you to print or send via email to the happy recipient!

Stillness Yoga is the yoga studio that supports your movement toward slowing down, taking a deep breath and cultivating a sense of well being and wholeness. Our focus and expertise is the subtle, slower, mindful, practices of yoga and meditation classes. Classes are ongoing with knowledgeable, experienced teachers, a warm community of students and a supportive environment to create a place to land, to slow down, to renew and replenish.
