Cleve, the former lead singer of the band Rockets to Ruin, became certified to teach hot yoga by Tony Sanchez in 2013. Cleve has also studied Vinyasa Yoga with Jared McCann.
Ahoo has trained and worked under the Kripalu School of Yoga and Ayurveda senior instructors and Shamans in meditation, mindfulness and energy work. Currently, she is obtaining her 1000 hour yoga certification through Kripalu. Ahoo also owns Korsi Yoga in Roswell. Mary began her Hot Yoga practice in 2006, while living in Fort Worth Texas.

Classes begin punctually and the doors may be locked 3-5 minutes before the class start time. We open 30 minutes before classes except for 6:00 am and 8:15 pm when we open 15 minutes before class. Hot Yoga is best practiced on an empty stomach. It is advisable to avoid eating for 2-3 hours before class but everyone is different - some find it helpful to have a light snack before class for energy such as a piece of fruit or yogurt.

Do the math: At $110 per month, anyone attending an average of 2 classes per week pays less than $13 per class on the Monthly Auto-Renew plan. Attend 3 times a week and your class price is approx. People of all ages and in any shape can do hot yoga but you should always consult with a physician before exercising with a medical condition or injury. Bikram yoga is the original "hot yoga" practice. It is suitable for all levels of ability and can be practiced by anyone at any age and in any shape or condition (but you should still get approval from a physician if you have health concerns or an injury).
