Some people are struggling to stay employed. It’s really sad that companies have no compassion for their tenants. You can be evicted even if your rent is paid and you owe late fees!!! those fees become attorney fees and who cares that you’ve lost your job due to illness or if you couldn’t pay your rent because their system was down!!!

I had surgery in May, new neighbors moved in May. Been dealing with the the noise since May. Reported it in June when I was able to go to the office to talk with the manager face to face. I was told to call and report any issues I have, after hour,I’ve been doing this since June! It’s gotten worse, just this past Monday which was Labor Day I had to call again about 8:20 pm,I had my phone on speaker the agent couldn’t believe I’m upstairs and the noise was that loud she could hear it coming from downstairs! For the last 3 weeks…3 weeks straight I’ve had to call sometimes up to three times

My actual apartment is fine and has plenty of space, but the problem is with neighbors. Neighbors can be loud, not properly clean up/look after their pets, and engage in inappropriate activities that disturb others. Management will only issue a warning to them when they receive a complaint, even after multiple times. I'm sure this differs from building to building, but neighbors can be a major problem. The rent is increased with every lease renewal without any added benefits to the tenant. The gate at the entrance doesn't seem to work and/or is rarely closed (even late at night). Maintenance though

Lived here for 2 years and wouldn’t have moved out if rent didn’t increase every lease renewal. Given the other negative reviews, I guess it depends on which building you’re staying in because it was very quiet and peaceful my entire stay. I also had some good neighbors who cared about the cleanliness of the property outside so it was never nasty. Lawn maintenance was always kept and maintenance overall was excellent because they come out and fix a problem you’re having in the apartment right away. I never had a problem with management. I think she does what she can or whatever Lindsey

I put in an application to rent a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment in Jan 2015 for a move in date of Mar 2015. I was approved and paid the deposit in Feb 2015. I was told at the time the deposit was taken the apt was still available only to receive a call 20 minutes later to advise me it was not and the manager Lindsay would call me to discuss options. She called the next day with a bad attitude to tell me they no longer had an apt available and that I would be put on the wait list for a possible apt to become available in march. The problem with this is the leasing agent advised me to make sure I give

Inconsistency with management is my key issue with this apartment complex. Passing out a flyer stating operating hours and then when you appear at the clubhouse and find out different hours apply. If you are going to have the pool open on one holiday when the office is closed and then close it on another holiday it would be nice to notify the residences in advance. Overall the management lacks appreciation for their customers (residents.) Stating that rules are 1 pool guest per person but then someone in management will throw a pool party and invite numerous guests, that do not live in the complex

Did a little online research and liked what I read and saw as far as the apartments and what they offered. Immediately turned off by the conversation with Community Director, she was very cold and unpleasant. I've gotten spoiled by great management and will not settle for less, the people you deal with in the office is very important when renting. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
