I swear I would put 0 if it was a option they locked my clothes in the laundry (during a snow storm) I called for someone to unlock the door because the guy that has the key LIVES IN THE APARTMENTS they told me my clothes being locked in the laundry wasn’t an emergency issue but if I’m washing clothes I obviously needed CLEAN clothes and they’re just like oh well

I really love the office staff they are very respectful and on task..I like living here but there are no screens on the windows and the hot water does not stay hot at all... I lived here when it was stoneridge and I love my apartment and the extra closet space I wish I could move back on the back facing school playground cause here the kitchen is too small no counter space at all. Over all it's a quiet place to live
