The current managers are very lazy, my best friend her apartment is currently flooding because of the last tenant who stayed upstairs, they do not have an emergency maintenance number and my best friend left several messages over the weekend but no return phone calls. Here it is Monday, 2:45 and the lady in the office is just now telling maintenance.

Code Enforcer Just recently left the property and inform me that my apartment and along with others were flagged due to electric problems. Any time an apartment get flagged it must be up to part before it gets lease!I moved in at the end of August and I have called Corporate for some of the same issues. Outside is full of trash there is no proper maintenance on site and overall this management could do way better! I'm moving ASAP!

Westbridge is equivalent to a trap house. Im talking about bugs EVERYWHERE! Abandoned units, gunshots several times a week, and horrible staff. The maintenance guy worked well but that's it. Then you'll never receive your deposit back. This place is 110% bad business. Notice how everyone that gives this place a 5 star rating isn't saying anything good about there apartment? Because the rating is a LIE! if you love yourself, please don't move here. God bless.

I lived on this property back from 2004-2006 When Karen was the property manager. Karen took absolutely the best care of this property. My mother has stayedvon this property from 2006 until her recent passing December 2018 management has changed several times. I once had to sue this property on behalf of my mother for discrimination. The property value has went down tremendously. It's not as safe as it once felt. A bullet came through my mothers bedroom back in October. Striking her dresser mirrior traveling to her bathroom. This made my mother sick...she moved in with my sister for a while because

We moved here about four years ago and were surrounded by older people and it was peaceful. Only thing was the occasional loitering of kids stealing wifi from the public library. However over the course of the years things have gone down hill fast. The first manager we had kept everything on point and together. She handled issues and we had no problems. She got fired and her assistant stepped in and although she took care of things, it wasn't as good as the first lady. Roaches are EVERYWHERE. I hate bugs especially roaches but no matter what we do or what management does they come back. The kids

I really hate living here. I live here with my mom and I'm still as to confused to why she wanted to move here. These apts are terrible. They have huge roaches. They are everywhere. I used to think we were the only ones who had them. We sprayed everywhere and all the time. That seemed worse cause when we did it seemed like they would come out more. And I see these other comments that we weren't the only ones with this problem. But whenever we would walk outside we would see them on the stairs and on the little walkway in front of other apts. We've been here about 1O months and out of all that time
