It is necessary to work with Madonna and your insurance company to determine what coverage is available during your stay. Insurance benefits will be verified the week of your admission. We have made the referral admission process very easy for you. Please be sure to include your name, phone number and how we can assist you. Our nurse liaisons work closely with physicians and hospital staff to make the transition to Madonna as smooth as possible.
When able, we will conduct an on-site assessment to gather clinical information, meet the patient and family and complete a clinical assessment to determine the most appropriate level of care and program.We invite you to tour our facilities, meet our medical staff and learn more about the rehab experience.

Pediatrics
Report
Children and adolescents require a different approach to rehabilitation. Madonna calls upon the expertise of experienced clinicians with in-depth knowledge of the unique needs of pediatric patients. The primary physician may be a pediatric hospitalist, a physiatrist who is board certified in rehabilitative medicine and/or a nurse practitioner.
