Staff are amazing. They treat my mother with respect and dignity. PT staff are wonderful. Food is great. My mom really enjoys her time there.

Kept mom in her room all the time and did not give her meds for three days said the nurse overlooked the orders. They refused to show me the chart even though I was her POA. Staff were rude to residents.
