These malalignments, driven by our normal anatomical makeup and dominance due to normal activities of daily living, create compensations in the lumbar area resulting in arthritic changes, disc degeneration, bone spurs, disc herniation's, and increased compression on nerves.

At Husker Rehab, physical pain and dysfunction are personal. In fact, we use what are called closed-chain, functional exercises with reduced weight bearing to improve muscle control early in your program.

Husker Rehab is excited to announce their new location in Nebraska City in the former Pendleton store at 115 S 8th Street. This clinic will provide physical therapy services for acute and chronic pain along with post-surgical physical therapy services for joint replacement or surgical repairs to one's shoulders, knees, or hips.

Our Beatrice facility is unique to other Husker Rehab locations in that we house multiple disciplines under one roof. Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Massage Therapy and Spa Services, Occupational Health, Personal Training Services, along with a fully equipped gym, are all services offered at Husker Rehab.
