Rising Sun Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy offers this program 3 days a week for ladies only and is set in a fun, energetic and friendly environment. The class is instructed by Matthew Spellen who is an accomplished MMA fighter. Matthew is a well-conditioned athlete and a real pro when it comes to losing weight, building muscle and gaining cardio endurance.
