We are a 20 year established business with dozens of awards from our local Bay Area region to our global partners. Everyone comes at a different level and strengths but with our strong flows, teachers, and team - we make this an approachable experience.

Our historic building on the corner of 4th and G Streets is filled with natural light. It features a large practice floor, expansive lounge and reception area, locker rooms, filtered water, the Red Dragon shop and more. Come join us at Red Dragon San Rafael! Heating is a state-of-the-art system that delivers consistent temperature levels and maintains oxygen.
Mill Valley

Our original studio located in the town of Mill Valley is just minutes from Hwy. 101 and the Golden Gate Bridge. This location is convenient to Mill Valley residents and students coming from San Francisco, Central Marin or beyond. We're easy to find on Miller Ave in Mill Valley. Our warm and cozy studio is a home-away-from-home for many of our students who share, not only their practice, but their lives with their Red Dragon community.

It's best to practice on an empty or nearly-empty stomach. If it's been many hours since your last meal, a light snack such as fruit, some nuts or slice of cheese is a great idea. It's important to be well-hydrated before you come to class. Drink water, coconut water or other electrolyte-rich, non-surgary, non-carbonated beverages in the hours leading up to your first class.
