Avoid this place if possible. Inconsiderate, unreliable and unprofessional. My husband had been texting back and forth with a salesperson, he let them know when he was on the way and once he arrived (cashiers check in hand) she replies saying it just sold. Over an hour drive to have someone waste our time and be completely inconsiderate.

They were nice. Not pushy. However, it would have been nice to know the key fob they gave me for my truck is actually for an SUV. And the key inside the fob doesnt fit the tail gate or the truck door. Yes I should have checked this initially. But now I have to spend more money to get a key for my tailgate. I wouldnt recommend them.
UPDATE: they offered to reimburse me for the key fob and a check supposedly went out on October 11, 20201. Still have not received the check and no response when I texted them.

I got put on the back burner when they found out I needed the car delivered they even told me they had another customer now and would be slow to answer me. I was already approved and just needed to sign. I could tell they were getting frustrated with delivering the car but in their defense it was a pretty far delivery. But they're not hungry enough for your business they missed out on a sale with a small snag they hit. Don't count on them to deliver very far.

We could not be happier with the service we received from Nasouh at Addison Autoplex. Buying a car can be extremely stressful; You want quality and safety without a huge price tag. Nasouh helped us make a great informed decision, was patient with our many questions, and made the paperwork super easy to understand. He even helped us ship it where we needed it to go. Thank you! We had a great experience. We drove 2hrs to look at one car but it wasn't what we thought it would be. Miguel (I think?) Was super helpful and we found the perfect one for us. It's been a couple weeks and we absolutely love it and haven't had any issues at all. Very reasonably priced and friendly service.
