I had an excellent car buying experience purchasing my new vehicle at Toyota of Dallas. Ben Wilhite definitely exceeded all of my expectations. He was on top of everything. Ben kept in contact with me until we found the exact vehicle I wanted. He followed through and kept me informed during the entire process. This was my first time visiting Toyota of Dallas. I was initially contacted by William Shields via a friend of mine. He was so incredibly helpful and patient while we looked at all the cars on the lot. I really appreciated his professionalism and that he did not pressure me to buy. From my previous review, Ive been reaching out the customer service manager Lauren but she never answer phone calls nor check voicemails. Do not waste time yall just stay away from this sh*t hole place! Just file a complaint through Toyota headquarter websites maybe just one complaint not affect this place but million complaints can be different stories.
